Our experience was great. Glen was the installer and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked straight through until he was finished. He was extremely knowledgeable and contentious about his work. When he finished the shower looked amazing. I would definitely recommend this company
Quality product and workmanship
Maureen was very knowledgeable in guiding us what was available based on our wants and what would be in our best interestt and Glen's installation couldn't have been any better. Very good quality workmanship and we could not be any happier with our finished product. Highly recommend this company
excellent service
We signed our contract in late August, after having a thorough and helpful walk thru of all of our options and plans. We were converting a bathtub into a walk-in shower and must say we are extremely pleased. From day one when Glenn arrived right on time until Glenn finished the job 9 days later...allowing days in between for the inspections. , Glenn was always on time, polite and friendly, cleaned up each day before he left and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend Bath Solutions and Glenn to anyone for quality work.
Poor Coordination, Excellent Product & Installatio
We are winter residents who wanted a bath redone and a master bathroom shower redone. We wanted the work to be started at the end of October and met with Maureen in April. Maureen was very helpful and professional. We signed two contracts, one for each bathroom. In August we confirmed everything with Maureen and sh assured us we were all set. Glenn showed up promptly as scheduled on day one to do the guest bathroom. Unfortunately the person who loaded his truck didn’t put all of the correct materials on the truck for the job. Glenn almost finished the first bathroom the first day. The second day he had what he needed to finish the first bathroom and promptly started the master bathroom. Just as the previous day he didn’t have everything he needed for the job. On day 3 he had almost everything, but they gave him the wrong shower head. A coworker drove it out here. Glenn almost finished, but he didn’t have enough trim on his truck, so he said either himself or one of the other guys would come to finish. Three days later. Nothing. We called the office and they sent two guys out to finish the job. The product and workmanship are outstanding. Coordination not so much. The last piece of the job was to have the glass person (a different company) come out to measure and provide a quote. On multiple occasions Maureen assured us she would coordinate this part of the process. She didn’t and gave us a different story each day. I would not work with Maureen again!

After Maureen gave us a price on refacing our kitchen cabinets earlier in the year and the job was amazing we called her back for a price on updating our master bathroom shower. Glenn came to our home on the day and time that was scheduled and respected our home by using a drop cloth from the door all the way to the shower. He came back the next day on time again to finish up the job. Once again the job was amazing. I would recommend Bath Solutions to everyone. Maureen and Glenn make a great team.
Bath to shower
The task was to remove our tub and home installed surround and install a new shower area. Glen, our installer, was excellent in all areas: covering floors, carefully tearing out and removing tub and wall material, replacing and installing plumbing, installing shower pan and walls, and positioning all the extras. We observed his excellence in all areas of his craftsmanship. He was professional, patient and friendly in all his dealing with us. There was an additional step since a part had not been ordered (not his fault), and he handled the extra work and extra day with professionalism. We are delighted with the outcome, mostly attributed to Glen's willingness to listen and work with us and his expertise with our tub to shower remodel. We highly recommend Bath Solutions, Etc., Glen and D. Allen Marquis (Design Consultant) in Bonita Springs. They are professional and they listen, care and have a quality product.

Master craftsman
We love our bathroom. Replaced tub with a shower. It was pleasure having Josh in our home for our bath conversion. He was a good worker knew exactly what to do and was very organized. Had a few minor questions that we solved together. We were impressed with his work and how neat he performed his work. Truly a master craftsman.
