Excellent from beginning to end.
We wanted to have the tub in our primary bathroom replaced with a walk-in shower. We got a few estimates & were not happy until Allen from Bath Solutions showed up. He was matter-of-fact & took his time to explain all the details of the job & the materials. Out of all those we interviewed, he struck us as the most knowledgeable & his was the most reasonable price. His team also took care of the permits as we are in a condo, and let us know the exact timeline. There were no surprises. On day one of the project, JR, our installer, showed up a few minutes early to begin demolition of our tub. He again explained the timeline and, after putting dropcloths on our new floors and setting up, he began demolition. He was quick, clean & relatively quiet in spite of having to destroy & remove the tub and shower walls. Before I knew it, day one was done, and our condo was left just as he found it. Days two and three went similarly with part of the work being done each day. Everything passed inspection after each installation day. Throughout the project, JR was knowledgeable, skilled, polite & genuinely cared about doing an excellent job. We were lucky to have him. And on the last day, a board member of our HOA showed up and needed additional documentation. Angela from the office took care of that right away. Our shower is beautiful and reflects Bath Solutions dedication to professionalism, excellence & service. We are so glad we went with them!
Remodeling
Maureen was great . Very knowledgable and helped us pick out a great shower remodel . Colen was able to come 2 weeks early and he did a wonderful job. There were a few blips and he fixed everything Cleaning up everything when done. I would definitely recommend this company and Colen
Shower redo
We wanted to say how happy we are with our shower revamp. We had it redone to help my husband, who is disabled, have better access to the shower. It is just what we wanted and now there is easy access. Josh, the young man, who did the construction was great. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. Plus, he was very conscientious about cleaning up each day. We are very pleased and happy.
Shower remodel
Our salesman, Allen did an excellent job explaining and designing exactly what we were looking for. We thought the price was reasonable. The financing options available are what finally motivated us to do this. I am looking forward to giving a 5 Star review when the project is completed. We were impressed that Bath Solutions is a family owned company. Thanks again Allen.
Excellent service!
Truly excellent experience with Bath Solutions. From the moment I called for an appointment, we felt cared for with text message, email and phone call communications. Our situation needed special handling and of all 4 companies we met with, this company stood out in responsiveness. They made us feel super priority for them even though the job wasn’t huge. Allen did a fantastic job of walking us through the steps and his brother Glen did the install with professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely work with them again on larger projects.
